Calcium Imaging Dataset Formats

This unit introduces the structure of calcium imaging datasets and how to work with them programmatically. Participants learn to handle image stacks using array-based operations and become familiar with standard file formats such as TIFF and OME-TIFF. These formats are widely used for storing multi-frame imaging data along with metadata.
